Not every deal on TV got done in real life (for reference, Sharktank’s fill rate on investments vs. offers hovers at 23% – Forbes 2016). But it was great TV for a generation of Founders and those that want to be. In this episode, Cliff and I try desperately to engage Jerry Yang from Yahoo, who had taken the red eye to Philly to join us. The entrepreneurs didn’t do much better. NOTE; this was our very first episode and our first on PBS.
