There was this boat ride, a sublime Riva Aquarama boat ride, over to Italy for lunch and back in the hot August afternoon. As the sun set I snapped a quick shot. Still haunts me a bit, it’s just a memory now.
Weekend Watercolor #227 Riva Sunset
For me, watercolor has become a way to step into that Reflekta memory space. It’s a great place to practice managing expectations; the colors blend, the water flows, and often things don’t go as planned. But that’s the beauty of it. It’s less about control and more about being present, letting go, and seeing what emerges.
