I began painting watercolors during lockdown, when a special friend gave me a set of paints. I’ve painted nearly every day since, not always well. Recently someone else said they liked them because “it was like going to the south of France, for a moment”. That was enough for me to get over my artist self consciousness. So if you find the little faults like I do, just squint your eyes or look away.

These two people, basically my entire fan-club, encouraged me to share. And my son encouraged me to set up a store so he can have a job. I am not sure how to explain to him that he will need a backup plan.
