Plants thrive independently, yet our role is to establish the optimal environment for their growth.

This includes tending to the soil, providing water and light, and managing weeds.

However, none of this matters if the plants themselves are not inherently driven to grow.

This principle holds true in any successful leadership scenario—the key lies in creating the right conditions.

I mentor two kids and several entrepreneurs. Similarities are coincidental.
