I didn’t quit painting while I was writing. I just quit writing about painting…  There is this little beach out on the Cap Ferrat Peninsula that faces Monte Carlo to the East. Very very large boats park in the bay, and watching this little Brig shuttle people back and forth for lunch is just a sublime way to pass the day.
