Objects in Motion
“People change and forget to tell each other.”
Lillian Hellman
It’s a simple truth, but a powerful one. None of us are static—our lives, relationships, and circumstances are constantly evolving right up until death. We move in and out of each other’s stories, sometimes without realizing how much we’ve grown or how our priorities have shifted. Markets rise and fall, morals bend with the times, recipes change… and yet we often forget to check in with the people closest to us, or we’re surprised when we do.
“Wow, he’s changed.”
Sometimes, it could be a compliment rather than a critique. Either way, it’s ok to acknowledge. The concept of “Objects in Motion” reminds me that life is fluid, and the changes we experience, whether personal or professional, are part of our journey forward.
