This corner of the world holds so many stories, and a permanent place in my heart. There are some petanque courts down by the Lidos that have this view at their backs. Hard to beat, even if you lose to one of the tiburons smoking Gitanes.

Weekend Watercolor # 222 Bay of Beaulieu from Cap Ferrat – Balcony

For me, watercolor has become a way to step into that reflective space. It’s also a great place to practice managing expectations;  the colors blend, the water flows, and often things don’t go as planned. But that’s the beauty of it. It’s less about control and more about being present, letting go, and seeing what emerges.
