Understanding is a Journey: Delightful chat on Beyond the Check Podcast
Food plays prominently in my life and also now in my books. I had a great chat with Reyshan Parker from Beyond the Check… a lively mix of chefs, cookbook authors, health pros, bartenders, and servers—talking Middle Eastern food, cooking, recipes, the time at the table, and whatever else came to mind.
